Keen to look for low cost (financial and environmental) materials for a set build, designer Dáithí Magner worked with Dresd who were able to provide pre-loved flats for the Ariana & the Rose video shoot.
Dáithí had only positive comments about the experience, “I found the flats great and easy to work with…..a great price and saved me a lot of time in making new ones. This method is preferable as I have worked on bigger productions where the flats would have been smashed and sent to landfill. I will be using dresd in the future and will be recommending them to colleagues and designers that I work with.”
In the true essence of preserving our resources, now the production has wrapped the flats have gone on to be used by the Townley Grammar School in London for their future productions.
