Patchway Studios Bristol is hugely excited to have begun its journey with Albert Studio Standard. We took over the 100k sq. ft+ site and have successfully repurposed it to a Studio facility with crew welfare and eco friendly credentials at its heart. We have a range of flexible spaces, and are just minutes away from the M4/M5, reducing road miles entering / exiting central Bristol when not needed. Inherently dark and insulated owing to its former life as a giant refrigeration premises, the foundations for a sustainable upcycle were firmly set. The Studio roof houses a huge solar array and our 100% renewable electrical tariff helps us and our clients massively reduce the need for conventional power sources. We have heaps of green space and created an abundance of pleasant green space for crew and wildlife to prosper. We have a distance to go yet, and are always welcome to hearing ideas from others too about ways we could improve our credentials and make sure the focus stays on doing better.
