12:00 - 13:00 Session 1 - Searching for Solutions

In this session we introduce the sustainable solutions available for productions. We demonstrate how you can make an impact with the budgets you have and arm you with the questions you should be asking suppliers, as well as how to plan your energy more efficiently, consider alternative fuels and transport – and make catering work more sustainably without crew mutiny.
