In Series 3, presenters Giles Coren and Monica Galetti head to the north west Scottish Highlands to visit The Torridon Hotel.

As the duo spend time working at the hotel, they learn how staff prepare fresh produce from the surrounding land and lochs, and the type of animal farming needed for good food quality that is also sustainable for the planet
