I am a seasoned creative leader who specializes in operations management and process improvement. I help creative, production and media teams thrive in today's competitive and fast-paced landscape by optimizing their workflows, budgets and strategies. As Managing Director of BAFTA albert, I provide visionary leadership, driving strategic initiatives and fostering robust collaborations with BAFTA. My role encompasses shaping breakthrough strategies, optimizing digital assets and fortifying industry relationships. Committed to integrity, I lead a high-performing team, prioritizing stakeholder engagement and addressing unique challenges such as climate anxiety. I champion efficient operations, safeguarding intellectual properties and enhancing albert's brand within BAFTA. As an ICF-ACC qualified coach, I empower my clients and colleagues to overcome challenges, enhance their performance and achieve their goals.

Hi! My role is to deliver on the industry sustainability strategy through development of albert’s standard, certification, toolkit and other solutions. I’ve got 16 years of experience in environmental sustainability, with key skills in strategy & programme development, environmental & carbon management, certification, and training. I’m a Chartered Environmentalist, certified IEMA trainer, and part of Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project. I’m passionate about creating practical, engaging pathways for all to participate effectively in net zero and biodiversity solution.

I have over 15 years’ experience in the film & TV industry, working at Pinewood Studios before moving across to production for companies such as Warner Bros, 20th Century, Universal and Apple TV+. In addition, my deep-rooted passion for environmental conservation has been fuelled by my experiences as an Expedition Guide, witnessing the already apparent impacts of climate change. I am proud to be part of albert and to help normalise sustainable practices within the screen industries. At albert, I manage the certifications team and develop the certification criteria and processes.

Hello! At albert my role is to spread the word on the brilliant work that is being done on and off screen for our sustainable future. My background is in climate justice communications, having previously worked in the international development sector on global climate campaigns. I am excited and hopeful to see how sustainability practice positively shapes the future of our planet.

After starting my career in international development, I moved into TV production working with broadcasters such as Netflix, Apple TV+, Amazon and Sky. Most recently I was an in-house production coordinator at Sky Studios where part of my role was to help productions successfully manage the albert certification process. At albert, I help to manage the certification team and toolkit developments.

Hello! Having studied Film Production at university, and earning a Royal Television Society Award for my graduation short film in 2019, I was interested in contributing to the betterment of the moving image industry and its ability to tell stories in any way I could. I joined albert after working in assistant positions at production companies such as Number 9 Films, Warner Brothers, Marvel Studios and Working Title.

Hello! I'm albert’s data analyst and my role consists of auditing carbon footprints, answering footprint-related queries and gathering KPI data. My background has largely been focused around environmental sustainability: I'm currently completing an MSc in Sustainable Cities, and have previously worked as a Carbon Data Analyst within a sustainable finance company. I'm very proud to be a part of the albert team, which strives to decarbonise the screen industry and promote meaningful climate action.

Hi! I am one of albert's Sustainable Production Assistants, I am here to help the toolkit run smoothly. After having studied business and film studies, I decided to write my dissertation on sustainability in the film/TV industry which led me to albert. I incorporate sustainability in my day-to-day life, and thus couldn't be happier to be a part of this team.

Hello! I'm responsible for supporting albert's comms and looking after its social media channels. My background is in biochemistry and stem cell biology, and I decided to pursue my passions in the arts industries through acting and filmmaking. I'm interested in how the filmmaking process works and how the industry is evolving with consideration to modern issues - this was an interest I could pursue with albert, as sustainability is fast becoming a major concern in the industry.
