The summit will run from 1.30pm to 6pm.

14:00 - 14.40 The Production Lifecycle – Thinking sustainably from procurement to wrap

We explore and highlight the opportunities for making carbon savings throughout a production and speak to suppliers who can help make the difference.

The landscape of the screen industries is constantly in motion, but perhaps other workflows can help change the production process for the better. Join Tom Mustill, Conservationist turned Wildlife Filmmaker and head of Gripping Films, and Cherry Dorret, Head of Production and Freelance Line Producer, as they discuss their time experimenting with concepts such as regenerative and open source filmmaking, and how these ideas can be applied to any kind of production

16:55 - 17:05 Reflections and Round Up

Individual productions are working hard but you’re not alone. From infrastructure projects to studio standards and climate content pledges to research. We finish the formal part of the day with a brief round-up of what else is happening around the industry and some reflections of the day.

17:05 Matt Winning - Hot Mess

We’re delighted to be joined by Dr Matt Winning – a London-based Scottish comedian and environmental researcher who performs live climate change comedy and wrote the book HOT MESS: What on Earth can we do about Climate Change?

This will be followed by a drinks and canape reception.
